The Local 4 Executive Board has approved the full use of the 'Music Relief Fund' to address the needs of our membership during the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

Every member is eligible to apply to the Relief Fund.  If you are in need of a one-time grant, please send an inquiry to cfmohio@earthlink.net or use the contact form below. All requests are confidential.
